Nourish: Turkey wrap
Tracy De Leon, MDS, RD, LD, showed us how to put together this wrap from our Nourish Series. This recipe is an easy way to add some vegetables, fruit, and various nutrients like vitamin C. The cancer-fighting foods in this recipe are spinach, apples, and whole grains. Here's what you'll need to make this at home:
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise*
- 2 tsp. honey mustard
- 2 (8-in) whole-wheat flour tortillas
- 2 cups baby spinach, washed and dried, loosely packed
- 4 thin slices (4 oz.) turkey breast
- 1/4 Granny Smith apple, sliced paper-thin
