Nourish: Sweet creamy smoothie
Tracy De Leon, MDS, LD, RD, showed us how to make this easy and delicious smoothie from our Nourish Series. The pineapple provides valuable digestive enzymes, bananas are a good source of potassium and avocados provide good fats and keep energy levels up. Here's what you'll need:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- Handful of ice
- Pinch of sea salt
