About Zohra Nooruddin, MD
Zohra Nooruddin, MD, is an associate professor in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is a hematologist-oncologist specializing in adult blood cancers and disorders at Mays Cancer Center, home to UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center.
She received her medical degree from Ziauddin University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Englewood, New Jersey, for her residency. Dr. Nooruddin completed a symptom control and palliative care fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center and an additional fellowship in hematology-oncology at the University of Colorado. She is board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine and hematology and oncology.
