    John LeVasseur, MD, is a specialist in the Division of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. LeVasseur has over 20 years of experience practicing Mohs surgery and cutaneous reconstructive surgery in the Air Force's dermatology training program and private practice.

    He treats skin cancers, primarily basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma and performs cutaneous reconstructive surgery. He is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology.
