S2206, Phase III Trial of Neoadjuvant Durvalumab (NSC 778709) plus Chemotherapy versus Chemotherapy Alone for Adults with MammaPrint High 2 Risk (MP2) Hormone Receptor (HR) Positive / Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (HER2) Negative Stage II-III BreS2206, Phase III Trial of Neoadjuvant Durvalumab (NSC 778709) plus Chemotherapy versus Chemotherapy Alone for Adults with MammaPrint High 2 Risk (MP2) Hormone Receptor (HR) Positive / Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (HER2) Negative Stage II-III BreThis clinical trial aims to validate the results observed in I-SPY2 and will test if adding durvalumab to neoadjuvant chemotherapy can increase pCR rates, shift residual cancer burden to lower values and improve invasive breast cancer free survival in early-stage HRpositive MP2 cancers.ClinicalTrials.gov registration not requiredKate Lathrop M.D.
Phase 1 Clinical Trial of Avasopasem in Patients with Metastatic Hormone Receptor Positive Breast Cancer with Progression on a CDK 4/6 Inhibitor and Hormonal TherapyPhase 1 Clinical Trial of Avasopasem in Patients with Metastatic Hormone Receptor Positive Breast Cancer with Progression on a CDK 4/6 Inhibitor and Hormonal TherapyThis is a single institution, non-randomized, phase 1 with a dose expansion clinical trial investigating the addition of a novel agent, Avasopasem (GC4419), in patients with hormonal receptor positive (HR+) metastatic breast cancer with progression while on treatment with a cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor and an aromatase inhibitor.ClinicalTrials.gov registration not requiredKate Lathrop M.D.
A Phase I, Open-Label, Multinational, Multicenter, Dose Escalation and Expansion Study of BH3120 in Patients with Advanced or Metastatic Solid TumorsA Phase I, Open-Label, Multinational, Multicenter, Dose Escalation and Expansion Study of BH3120 in Patients with Advanced or Metastatic Solid TumorsTo evaluate the safety and tolerability of BH3120 administered intravenously (IV) in subjects with advanced or metastatic solid tumors.ClinicalTrials.gov registration not requiredJohn Sarantopoulos MD

A Phase 1, Multi-Center, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Preliminary Evidence of Antitumor Activity of INV-9956 in Adult Patients with Advanced Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer A Phase 1, Multi-Center, Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Preliminary Evidence of Antitumor Activity of INV-9956 in Adult Patients with Advanced Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer This is a Phase 1a, first-in-human, open-label dose-escalation study to determine the RDR and/or MTD, and to assess the DLT of INV-9956. The safety, tolerability, PK/PD, and preliminary antitumor activity of INV-9956 will be assessed in adult patients with advanced mCRPC.ClinicalTrials.gov registration not requiredJohn Sarantopoulos MD

NRG-BN013: PHASE III TRIAL OF SINGLE FRACTION STEREOTACTIC RADIOSURGERY (SRS) VERSUS FRACTIONATED SRS (FSRS) FOR INTACT BRAIN METASTASES NRG-BN013: PHASE III TRIAL OF SINGLE FRACTION STEREOTACTIC RADIOSURGERY (SRS) VERSUS FRACTIONATED SRS (FSRS) FOR INTACT BRAIN METASTASES NRG-BN013 is an unblinded, randomized phase III trial to determine if the time to local failure is significantlylonger with FSRS compared to SRS in patients with intact brain metastasis.NCT06500455Eva Galvan MD
Demonstration of a Novel Approach Using Surface-Image Guidance to Improve Delivery of Breast Radiotherapy
Demonstration of a Novel Approach Using Surface-Image Guidance to Improve Delivery of Breast Radiotherapy
The first goal of this project is to validate the superiority of semi-permanent marks used in conjunction with specialized light-based surface imaging (SIGRT) in an effort to phase out the use of permanent tattoos for the investigator's patients. The secondary goal of this project is to validate the superiority of specialized light-based surface imaging for daily radiation set-up compared to standard-of-care imaging methods using ionizing radiation, such as weekly port films or cone-beam CT (CBCT) scans during a radiation therapy course for breast cancer.NCT03799523Eva Galvan MD
