Welcome our new Registered Dietitians

Ripsinder Arora, MS, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian born and raised in India. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Home Science and a Master of Dialectic Studies from Kurukshetra University. Ripsinder also received a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Texas State University in San Marcos. She has worked in Pediatric inpatient and Renal outpatient clinical settings.

Alex Ysaguirre, MDS, RD, LD, was born and raised in the Lower Rio Grande Valley. She moved to San Antonio to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Dietetics Studies in 2018. Alex has experience working with different populations in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. She is passionate about providing medical nutrition therapy in an environment supporting growth and healing as patients navigate their health journey.
