New patient process
Our process is efficient and designed to get you an appointment within a 14-day window.
Once you call our main number, 210-450-1000, a new patient referral coordinator will facilitate the onboarding process from beginning to end. Following your phone call, our new patient coordinators will reach out to you by the end of the day to schedule your first appointment and provide all the information needed for your visit.
Medical records and information will be requested prior to your first visit. We are here to answer any questions you may have, from financial assistance to travel accommodations.
