About Glenn Gross, M.D.
Dr. Glenn Gross earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and received postgraduate training in internal medicine and gastroenterology at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. He has been a faculty member at UT Health San Antonio since 1992. He has served as chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition since 2001. He performs colon cancer screening and surveillance procedures at UT Health San Antonio and collaborates with Mays Cancer Center, home to UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson specialists in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal cancers.
Dr. Gross was also named one of San Antonio’s Top Doctors 2021.
